London’s revamped restaurant in the heart of The Dorchester presents young talent Tom Booton’s interpretation of a modern-day British grill, with a vibrant atmosphere to match. The identity revolves around the concept of the London plane tree and its recognisable bark pattern. The tree is symbolic to the lifespan of The Dorchester as it was planted 88 years ago, the same day the hotel opened its doors to the public. The identity consists of several individual elements – together these elements form the brand palette.
